1999: Master of Sciences degree from the Kiev Taras Shevchenko University, Ukraine.
09/10/2003: PhD in Physics and Math, from Main Astronomical Observatory, Ukraine.

Breve currículo profesional:
2006-2012: Directing various Master degree project, final-year projects and grant works at the University of La Laguna.
2011/12: Lecture course “Physics of Continuous media” at the University of La Laguna of 60 academic hours for final-year students of Faculty of Mathematics
2012/13 and 2013/14 Lecture course “Dynamics of Astrophysical Fluids” at the University of La Laguna of 60 academic hours for Master students at the Faculty of Physics.
Co-director of two PhD thesis (ULL and MAO NASU, Ukraine) finished in 2010.
Currently, co-directing two PhD thesis at ULL.

“Magnetic connectivity through the Solar Partially Ionized Atmosphere”
Funded by European Research Council in the frame of FP7 Specific Program IDEAS.

In total published 55 refereed papers in international scientific journals, gave 15 invited lectures at international conferences, and attended more than 50 conferences.

Participate in active collaborations with several institutes in Europe, USA and Australia and have spent a total of around 20 months in research visits to these institutes since 1999.

Theoretical and observational solar physics;
Numerical magnetohydrodynamics;
Oscillations and waves in stellar atmospheres;
Solar spectropolarimetry;
Radiative transfer of polarized light.
